Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like digital items once delivered, and custom products (such as customized 1:1 consultations). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns, but are willing to make things right if there are any issues. Please reach out and we will address on a case by case basis.

 

Refunds
After you reach out with an issue, we will notify you and let you know if a refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
